中国乃礼仪之邦，有礼仪之大，故称为夏，有服章之美，谓之华。在中华民族上下五千年的历史长河中，酒作为华夏民族最重要的历史文化符号之一，素有“陈年美酒”的说法，年头愈久，酒酿愈醇。2006年，在大安市酿酒厂挖掘到了辽金时期皇家烧酒遗址，这次考古发现，将中国白酒的起源时间向前推进了200多年。在考古教授冯恩学老师的技术支持下，大安酒厂创始人孔令海，一直在保护和传播辽代的烧酒文化，并且他希望这些文物，及传统酿酒方法，能够永远的传承下去。

China has a reputation of great etiquette and exquisite national dress.During its long history ,spirit is one of the most important culture symbols.We believe that fine spirit improves with age.In 2006,an ancient distillery site from Liao and Jin Dynasties was found in Da'an . This discovery meant that the previously held knowledge of the beginnings of spirit making in China had in fact been out by 200 years.With the support of Feng Enxue,an archeaologist,Kong Linghai has been protecting and spreading ancient brewing cultural relics and the ancient ways will be inherited for generations to come.
