短篇纪录片《光影今时》是关于外表和光鲜背后的东西。我们每天没意识到的消费有多少呢？人类是不是要适应他们自己创造的快节奏生活方式，以及与之相伴的所有技术（DIS）优势呢？谁真正掌控着我们的生活？个人、社会、技术、文化、政府等，在大连拍摄的这部电影编织了城市的不同景观：和平、宁静的前关湿地公园和繁华忙碌的大连市中心。对比这两部分，这部影片带给观众所有的光影今时。

The short documentary “Everything Now” is about appearances and what lies behind a beautiful picture. How much of our world do we consume daily without even being aware of it? Are humans meant to adapt to the fast-paced lifestyle that they themselves have created and all the technological (dis)advantages that go with it? Who actually is in control of our lives? The individual, society, technology, culture, government etc. Shot in Dalian, the film weaves together differing landscapes of the city: the peaceful, serene Qianguan Wetland Park and busy, bustling downtown Dalian. Comparing and contrasting the two, the film presents the viewer with everything, now.
