The film is about binhai lu, the road that connects eastern and western part of Dalian.We enter it after a rainy day and walk through the silence of the nature that surrounds it. Then a man arrives, busy and loud, as we observe his aging from an early childhood to old age through various activities alongside the road. The film ends with a montage sequence which shows a man as a part of nature and nature as a part of man through a couple performing tango.
