豆腐皮是中国非物质文化遗产，在镇江已经有几十年的历史。从豆腐皮的做法入手，并且有幸参与到其中，在这个过程中，因此我们向观众传达到的不仅是一种中国非物质文化遗产的制法，更是普通百姓却有着不平凡的工匠精神。

Tofu skin is China's intangible cultural heritage, which has been in Zhenjiang for decades. Starting from the practice of bean curd skin, we were lucky to participate in it. In this process, we conveyed to the audience not only a method of making Chinese intangible cultural heritage, but also the extraordinary craftsmanship of ordinary people.
