《老街坊》（Timeless Gate）这部纪录片发生在一个依山傍水的城市中。大多数都发生在老街。

这个老街中的人们，始终保持着一种已经在逐渐消失的中国传统生活方式。我们了解到他们的日常生活和他们自身。因此我们选择了住在那里的三个具有代表性的人物。例如，一个传统的药店老板，他的工作以看病为主，而且依旧是用中国传统的方式去看病。理发店老板娘主要工作是给男人理发为主。最后是一个街边以卖小东西为主的杂货店老板娘。

The documentary takes place in a city located on a vale of a mountain. Most precisely in an old street. 

In that old street remains a traditional way of life that has been disappearing in China. We get to know the routine and people of that street. For that, we get to know three characters who live there. Such as, a traditional Chinese doctor that lives in his pharmacy and still uses traditional Chinese medicine to cure people. A barber woman that cuts hair to the men of the old street. And a woman that lives in her grocery shop in the street.
