中医常常把人视作一个生态系统人体内的气血流动就像水和空气在自然界的循环是一种平衡的、相互交融的状态。一旦这种平衡被打破,人就容易生病,也就是我们常说的气血失调。重庆地处西南,是一个多雨的城市,雨多了,气候就潮湿,用中医的话说,湿气重了容易引起疾病。重庆人认为,能帮助人体消除湿气的正是辛辣的食物,重庆向来以麻辣之味闻名世界,但实际上除了麻辣生香的美食,重庆还有更多的味道:温暖的人情之味,浓厚的历史之味,以及清新的自然之味。这三种味道相互交融,共同构造了重庆独一无二的味道。

Traditional Chinese doctors believes that man is a part of nature, thus the operation of Qi and blood in his body is closely connected with the change of Yin and Yang in the world. In order to reach the state which is called nature and human are one unity, man should comply with nature.Located in southwestern part of China. Chongqing is a city with humid climate, which contributes to the accumulation of Shi Qi in man’s body, which can easily lead to sickness. What can help man’s body eliminate Shi Qi is exactly spicy food.Chongqing is famous around the world for its spicy food, but actually there are many other flavours here. For example, the taste of lifeology, the taste of history, and the taste of nature. These three flavours intertwined with each other and make up the unique flavour of Chongqing.
