Hu Bin recalls his decision to leave the fast pace, superficial life in Shanghai to return to his native Huangshan in order to maintain and grow his family’s cultural legacy, that of the She Ink stones traditions and the ancient She country Ink Stones.

胡斌回想起他当时为了保护和传承传统歙砚技艺和古老的雕刻文化，发扬歙县歙砚雕刻技艺，他决定决定离开上海，回到自己的家乡黄山，为非遗传承贡献力量。经过近10年的学习，他已成为新的年轻一代的歙县歙砚制作技艺的传承人。
