本项目旨在通过影像记录，向观众展示肇庆高要莲塘镇罗氏沼虾养殖、捕捞直至搬上餐桌的全过程，让观众深入了解罗氏沼虾养殖业的艰辛与喜悦，虾农的辛勤劳作尽显劳动人民的光彩，深切感受基层劳动人民的生活。

This project aims to document through images the entire process of the cultivation, harvesting, and serving of the giant river shrimp in Liantang Town, Gaoyao, Zhaoqing, allowing the audience to gain a deep understanding of the hardships and also the joys in the industry. The hard work of the shrimpers fully reflects the brilliance of the working people, and shows the real life of the working people.
