作为“南陵四绝”之一的界山老鸭汤,有着独特的烹制工艺与深厚的文化内涵。丁记老鸭汤餐馆经营者丁以生先生传承祖辈技艺,数十年来坚守家族手艺与荣光。老鸭汤的汤清油亮,鸭味纯正,配上特制的农家土灶锅巴,优势互补,相得益彰。

Jieshan Old Duck Soup, one of the "Four Signature Delicacies of Nanling," is renowned for its distinctive cooking techniques and rich cultural heritage. Mr. Ding Yisheng, the proprietor of Ding's Old Duck Soup Restaurant, has carried forward his family's traditional craftsmanship, dedicating decades to preserving its legacy and prestige. The soup boasts a clear, shimmering broth with an authentic duck flavor, perfectly paired with specially made farmhouse claypot rice crust—a harmonious combination that enhances both elements.
