本片全程跟拍外国青年导演团队辽宁创作全过程，记录其采风取景、打磨选题的幕后故事。镜头展现中外主创思维碰撞、文化交融，串联辽宁民俗曲艺、文旅风光与现代工业，借外籍视角展现辽宁古今共生的鲜活风貌，搭建中外文化交流影像桥梁。
