Qinghai embroidery embodies a rich collection of multi-ethnic embroidery craftsmanship, and has now grown into a “finger-tip industry”supporting 300,000 practitioners. Ye Shenglian, a provincial-level inheritor of Hehuang embroidery, has offered free embroidery training to laid-off workers and disadvantaged women for more than a decade.
